Our patients come up with great ideas on a daily basis it seems like, and we wanted to spotlight one on our blog! As part of an activity for her school council, Ary Hawyes would like to encourage her classmates’ participation in a tooth brush drive for our office!
The project she came up with is an easy one – she’s urging her classmates to just send an old, used toothbrush to their school and drop it into the donation box. Trade Winds Dental will then take that old toothbrush that hasn’t been used in a while and turn it into something useful! For each toothbrush donated, $1 will be donated to HopeAlliance of Williamson County to benefit battered women and children in our community.
Ary wants to encourage her class to bring as many toothbrushes as possible – if the entire class participates and brings at least 1 toothbrush per child, they will have an Ice Cream Party with toppings to choose from!
